This RFA does solicit for Aquaculture (SBIR 8.7). There are 5 priority areas suggested: 1) Reproductive Efficiency, 2) Genetic Improvement, 3) Integrated Aquatic Animal Health, 4) Improved Production Systems and Management Strategies for Efficiency and Reduced Environmental Impacts, and 5) Algal Production Systems. The maximum budget requested has increased from previous RFAs - awards can be 8 months and up to 175,000 USD or 181,650 USD if you elect for TABA funds.
