Logic Model and Impact Statements for NCRAC

In the call for statements of interest (SOIs) from the 2013 NCRAC meeting all projects will now need to have a logic model included with the proposal.  In addition, all NCRAC-funded projects will need to report impact statements as part of their annual reporting.  The enclosed document discusses both subjects.
