In 1992, the Industry Advisory Committee of the USDA North Central Regional Aquaculture Center (NCRAC) asked for a research and extension project on native species of crayfish. This report, Culture Potential of Selected Crayfishes in the North Central Region, represents completion of a report on indigenous species of crayfish and their potential for the aquaculture industry.
