State Transport Regulations:
Importation of all fish, live or dressed, into the state of
Oklahoma requires a fish import permit. Importation of
minnows into the state requires an Interstate Commercial Bait
Dealers License. Contact Oklahoma Department of Wildlife
Conservation, Fisheries Division at 405-521-3721 for necessary
permits and licenses.
