Kentucky Live Fish Importation Summary

Fish importation into and through the state of Kentucky is regulated by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources (KDFWR) under Title 301 KAR and requires a fish transportation permit regardless of whether live fish will be sold within the state.
